We are committed to providing clear information about the materials used in our engineered hardwood flooring. Timber is sourced in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our documented procurement procedures.
Our three-layer construction combines a premium hardwood wear layer with plantation-grown Hevea brasiliensis in the core and plantation-grown Sengon in the foundation layer. Hevea is primarily grown for natural rubber production, and at the end of its latex-producing cycle, the timber is used in our engineered flooring. Together, the Hevea and Sengon layers account for approximately 70% of each finished plank.
This construction makes efficient use of the selected premium face timber, allowing it to cover a greater flooring area than an equivalent-thickness solid hardwood plank, while delivering strength, dimensional stability and long-term performance.
Our engineered construction uses a premium hardwood wear layer over plantation-grown hardwood core and foundation layers, allowing the selected face timber to cover a greater flooring area than an equivalent-thickness solid hardwood plank.
